- Provide relationship consultation to potential clients through telephone calls

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in mindfulness, psychology field

- Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded, positive thinking, and willing to work under pressure

Responsibilities

- Be responsible LIVE event hardware and software safe keep, maintenance, and upgrades
- Be responsible for LIVE event technical setup and lead in the delivery of stunning visual effects
- Handle hardware and software setup, configuration, and testing
- Act as project manager in special projects as required
- Provide support and troubleshooting of workstation and software for all in-house users

Responsibilities
- Work with marketing to realise ideas and strategies into advertisement videos and programme videos
- Responsible for filming and editing of advertising and programme videos
- Ensure clear and concise communication with the media team to share raw footage for other video editors to complete any given projects

- Material preparation for shooting including products, scenes, lightings, props and backgrounds
- Photo shooting
- Be responsible for BCM and Hero Ladies YouTube channels from ideas to execution

Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in multimedia design, creative media or other related disciplines
- 3-5 years solid editing experience in Advertising / Social Media Agency preferred
- Experienced in video and photo shooting and handling of relevant equipment
- High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate or other video editing tools
- Familiar with websites and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
