Role

This position is responsible for developing and deploying a wide range of
AI-powered tools and systems to support the companyʼs internal operations and
external product offerings. The AI Specialist will be tasked with building practical,
high-performance AI solutions based on concepts and specifications provided by
the business, transforming ideas into functional tools across various industries.

In addition to creating standalone AI tools and services, this role will support the
integration of AI capabilities into the companyʼs existing business infrastructure,
including automating workflows, enhancing communication systems such as
CRMs and customer service platforms, and improving overall operational
efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who can manage the full
AI development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and
integration.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, and solutions based on internal needs and client-facing requirements
  • Fine-tune and implement large language models LLMs tailored for specific business functions
  • Integrate AI tools into existing company systems and workflows such as CRM, client communications, and task automation
  • Incorporate external APIs and services including web search, databases, image generation, and third-party data
  • Work with business and operations teams to translate abstract ideas into scalable, usable AI features
  • Develop backend systems and services for AI tools to be used internally or sold as external services
  • Use frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) where appropriate
  • Monitor performance of deployed tools and make iterative improvements
  • Write clear technical documentation to support maintenance and future upgrades

Requirements
  • Bachelorʼs Degree or above in computer science or related field is preferred
  • Experience or solid knowledge in AI development and deployment
  • Ability to build and deploy AI tools and agents based on business-provided concepts
  • Proficiency with AI models and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI into real-world tools and systems including CRM, APIs, and third-party data sources is preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently to deliver working solutions with limited technical oversight
  • Understanding of AI agent orchestration, fine-tuning LLMs, and incorporating supporting tools like web search and image generation
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG methods is a plus.
  • High Cantonese fluency is a must, Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred
