很多人以為，只要方法對了，孩子的行為問題就會改善。
但在走過育兒、婚姻與教學現場後，我才真正明白——
行為只是表面，真正卡住的，是整個家庭的互動與關係。

我是家庭關係整合與親子行為溝通導師，也是三個孩子的媽媽（弟弟有特殊需要）、蒙特梭利教師，以及《正向教育》認證家長教育者。

這些年，我陪伴過許多父母：明明很用心，卻每天在吼叫與自責中循環；孩子情緒失控，夫妻關係與家庭氣氛也逐漸緊繃。

我是一名 Hero Ladies 認證的感情關系顧問，同時也是 國際認證的 NLP 高級執行師，專注於 親子關系、婚姻情感與女性個人成長。

我協助的女性，往往在家庭與關系中承擔了許多責任，卻逐漸失去自我。
她們在親子互動中感到挫敗，在婚姻里溝通受阻，情緒長期累積，卻不知道問題真正的根源在哪里。

我的工作，是從關系的「核心結構」與個人的「內在系統」入手，
透過 NLP 心理引導與關系覺察，
幫助女性看清情緒與行為背後的模式，
重建自我價值、情緒穩定度與清晰的關系界線。

當內在系統被調整，關系自然會改變——
親子關系從對立走向合作，
婚姻關系從指責走向理解，
女性也能在不犧牲自己的情況下，穩穩經營家庭與人生。

我相信，真正健康而長久的關系，
來自清楚的自我定位與成熟的情緒管理，
而不是忍耐、壓抑或一味付出。

Rose Huie, CPA, CFP®, MBA, is the founder of Rose Y. C. Huie CPA serving nonprofit organizations and Chinese-owned businesses with expertise in accounting, tax, IRS audit representation, and consulting since 1981. In addition to her professional practice, she coaches women CPAs who are launching or growing their firms, guiding them to build businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and fulfilling.

With an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Rose brings a diverse background as a former teacher and school principal in Hong Kong, an 8-year career at The Clorox Company, and professional training with Deloitte Haskins & Sells before earning her CPA license. She also holds insurance licenses and provides coaching to families navigating relationship challenges between spouses, parents, and children.

Passionate about holistic success, Rose focuses on helping clients live happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives. Her passion project, My Mother’s House, is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting low-income seniors, single mothers, and their children in an intergenerational environment where families can thrive together.
